How does the Transcontinental turn-key system
work?
The first step is to complete your in-house training. Once your
training is complete you are assigned to a Branch Manager or Senior
Loan Officer who will act as your personal mentor for the next 90
days, or longer based on mutual agreement You and you mentor will
work closely together to establish and set goals, discuss strategies
and design a game plan to market the hottest niche products in today’s
market. Your mentor will be your personal coach and guide which
will give you the greatest opportunity to change your results from
average to Extra-Ordinary
What additional support does the company
provide?
Transcontinental’s unique turn-key system provides many opportunities
to add to your technical product knowledge and marketing skills.
Every other Thursday morning the company host a
lenders presentation, bringing the companies top
“A” Paper, BCD. FHA, VA, Commercial. Boat and Leasing
Lenders together to teach struggling loan officer the ins and outs
of lending products twice a month, the company
provides additional product and marketing training via a company
wide conference call. Every quarter, the company holds an all day sales
and marketing Boot Camp. At these Boot Camps, loan
officers focus their efforts on new products and programs and spend
the day developing a marketing plan, material, advertising to take
these hot new niche products direct to the marketplace.
How much commission can I earn?
Our aggressive pay plan pays commissions to 85% based on your knowledge,
experience and of course production.

recruiting training and supporting a team you develop inside our
company. Teammates you recruit may work under your personal direction,
